I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

Please note that the final artwork may differ slightly from previous examples, as I continue to refine my style and apply my own artistic interpretation, which may include minor design adjustments or stylization

I will communicate with you and give updates on the artwork in our Artistree chat.

Communication after the commission process is complete can be done through my email ([email protected]).

Payments are accepted in EUR via PayPal, ONLY through my Artistree page.

Currently, Artistree automatically charges a platform fee of 6.5%. The final quote I propose in our chat does not include this fee, nor any taxes that might apply.

Commissions may be paid either 100% upfront, or 50% upfront and 50% after sketch / block-out approval.

Please do not send payment until I have confirmed your commission slot and requested payment.

The estimated completion time is between 1 week and 3 months depending on commission complexity, workload, conventions, and personal circumstances.

There is no physical product unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Project/source files used to create the artwork are not included unless agreed upon in writing before work begins. Providing these files may require an additional fee.

By commissioning me, you confirm that you own or have permission to use any characters, designs, or reference material you provide.

Characters with particularly intricate designs (such as heavy armor, elaborate costumes, mechanical parts, wings, detailed weapons, etc.) may incur an additional complexity fee. Any such fee will always be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

【2D Art】 You are allowed up to 3 FREE REVISIONS during the sketching and line-art phase. Major revisions — such as altering the pose or changing more than half the body — are not allowed after the line art is complete.

【3D Art】 You are allowed up to 3 FREE REVISIONS over the whole course of the process. However, a revision that requires me to go back to a previous stage will require a PAID REVISION, the stages being: block-out stage, modeling stage, texturing stage, rigging stage, animation stage.

Revisions resulting from my misunderstanding of the agreed brief (e.g. a missed feature that is clearly portrayed on the provided reference, or written requests I previously accepted in our Artistree chat) are FREE OF CHARGE.

If I am unable to begin your commission, or if you cancel your commission before I have started working on it, you will receive a FULL refund.

Once work has begun, only PARTIAL refunds are possible at a rate of 50% of the total commission price. After payment, you will receive all work completed up to that point under the agreed usage rights.

If we agree that a refund is appropriate, please contact me directly through our Artistree chat or through email ([email protected]), rather than initiating a payment dispute (for example, a PayPal chargeback). I will issue the refund myself.

Fraudulent or unauthorized payment disputes may result in submission of relevant evidence (such as commission progress and our communication) to the payment provider, cancellation of any licenses granted for the artwork, and refusal of future commissions.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund at any time if necessary.

I retain the copyright to all commissioned artwork.

Purchasing a commercial license grants permission to use the artwork commercially under the agreed terms. Copyright is not transferred unless explicitly agreed in writing.

I do not claim ownership of your original intellectual property. Your original characters, designs, and other intellectual property remain yours.

I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio, galleries, social media, publications, and similar promotional material.

Upon request, I can delay publicly posting a commission for a reasonable period (for example, until a character debut or reveal).

Other than displaying the artwork for promotional purposes, I will not reproduce or distribute the commissioned work for sale without your permission.

You may upload the commissioned artwork to websites and social media.

You may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may make minor edits for presentation purposes, such as cropping, resizing, or adding text.

You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes.

You may not sell, redistribute, upload the artwork to print-on-demand services, create merchandise using the artwork, or use the artwork as promotional material on streaming services like Twitch.

You may not remove my signature (if present).

You may not claim the artwork as your own.

You may not substantially alter or create derivative works from the artwork without my permission.

Commercial licenses are quoted individually depending on the intended use.

Unless otherwise agreed, purchasing a commercial license grants permission to use the artwork only for the commercial purposes discussed before work begins.

My artwork, including work-in-progress images, may NOT be used for AI training, dataset creation, image generation, machine learning, or similar technologies without my explicit written permission.

My artwork may NOT be minted, sold, or otherwise used in connection with NFTs, blockchain technologies, or cryptocurrency-related projects without my explicit written permission.
